TANNERSVILLE, Pa. — Traffic has been stop and go for most of the day after a crash on Interstate 80 in Monroe County.
Video was captured by a PennDOT traffic camera earlier Tuesday. That same camera is out of service Tuesday night.
Authorities say an SUV and a truck collided around noon Tuesday on I-80 east near the Tannersville exit.
Both vehicles went down an embankment. It seems crews are having a heck of a time getting the vehicles back up.
Tuesday night, 10 hours later, one lane of I-80 remains closed right by the outlets in Tannersville.
We’re told traffic delays are significant for drivers heading east on I-80 in Monroe County.
