Man Charged with Raping 10-year-old Girl

COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A man in the Poconos is accused of raping a 10-year-old girl on several occasions.

State police charged Leford Anderson of Coolbaugh Township with rape of a child

Troopers say the child told a school guidance counselor about the alleged attacks.
