Man Facing Child Porn Charges in Monroe County

STROUD TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Child sex charges put a man behind bars in Monroe County.

Christopher Loysen, 20, of Stroud Township, turned himself in on Tuesday.

Authorities say Loysen offered to pay another person to send him pictures of young girls having sex.

Investigators in Monroe County say Loysen had also been trading child pornography online.
